Cotton Crosses is a family run business, based in Berkshire (England). We started life as an online business only selling cross stitch kits in the UK, soon we were being asked to supply our cross stitch kits all over the world.

Cross Stitch Charts:

We charge an extra £2.50 (if you require your cross stitch chart posting to you) for the following costs: Paper to print the charts on, Printing costs, Envelope, Plastic wallet to hold your charts in and actual posting costs.

All emailed charts are sent out in the form of a PDF which can be printed out on your own printer, all charts have been tested to make sure they can be printed.

You will need a PDF viewer to open your charts, if you do not have one please download the free adobe acrobat viewer from the adobe website.

All emails are sent out within 24 hours, if you do not recieve them by this time please check your spam folder or let us know.

You will need to make sure that your email client can accept attchments and make sure you add us to trusted email list (or look in spam if you can find the email from us). You will also need to make sure that your printer is set up correctly for printing and you have a colour printer. If you have any problems we will of course try and help as much as we can.

As these charts are sent digitaly we are unable to accept returns or make any refunds. You are allowed to make copies of the chart but they are for your own use only and are protected by copyright, so please do not share them with anyone else.

Cross Stitch Kits:

Postage and Packaging:

We  believe that your cross stitch kit should reach you in the same condition it left Cottoncrosses. We only use bubble padded envelopes so your cross stitch kit reaches you in perfect condition. We also try to keep our postage costs down to a minimum.

Postage: - We use Royal Mail for all UK orders and Royal Mail Air Mail for all our overseas orders.

UK - £1.75

EU £3.50 - Per order NOT per kit.

United States £4.50 - Per order NOT per kit

Rest of World £4.50 - Per order NOT per kit    

Rest assured, you can order as many cross stitch kits as you like and you will only be charged the one postage cost.

All cross stitch kits are sent out within two working days. Please note if you order on a Saturday your kit will not be shipped until the following Monday. Most kits are delivered within 2 days (UK) 3-5 days (Europe) 5-7 days (US and Rest of World). We would ask that you leave it 10 days before contacting us about a missing delivery.

Returns/Refunds:

Please contact us using the contact us page and advise the problem you have had with the kit. 

We abide by the European laws for distance selling. You have the right to return your kit to us if you are not happy with it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (please see our terms and conditions). You will be liable for any expenses in returning the kit to us unless it is damaged or missing any parts. 

You have the right to a refund or replacement kit, if you decide you require a refund we will refund the monies via the same method you initialy paid for it.

All our payment systems are 100% safe and we provide a safe shopping gaurantee.

We accept payments from all the major credit and debit cards in £ Sterling via RBS World Pay, Paypal or Google checkout . We also accept cheques and postal orders which must be in £ Sterling. Cheques must clear before we will release kits.
